My two workshops, one in Goa and one in Bombay were absolutely fulfilling. There were some exquisite prose and poetry read, discussed, written, and critiqued.
It’s lovely to meet bright, brilliant thinkers, who may be acquainted with poetry for long… or who are just starting out – but what rapt attentiveness and inventiveness.
Workshops these days seem to be more fulfilling than poetry readings, maybe because the level of engagement is so intense – also the giving and taking is so extruded.
I just hope I don’t exhaust, though I am LOVIN’ it for now.
I might pick a leaner workshop-strategy next year. Just one per month.
