The purpose of the Arcs-of-a-Circle Artists’ Residency Mumbai is to provide a snug 10-day crucible for artists’ across art forms to converge and converse around women’s empowerment. The co-organizers for this program are The US Consulate General Mumbai; Akshara Centre – a women’s rights organization; poet and fiction writer Rochelle Potkar.
